PLAGE aims to ensure that owners and tenants of buildings in Brussels organise a range of measures relating to energy efficiency in order to reduce their energy consumption. In doing so, they must respect a 4-year process and achieve specific data objectives. In an effort to help them meet their obligations, ENGIE offers several solutions which have already proved useful!

For whom?

Private bodies owning real estate in Brussels covering a total area of 100,000 m² or more.
Public authorities owning real estate in Brussels covering a total area of 50,000 m² or more.
Federal, regional and municipal authorities owning real estate in Brussels covering a total area of 250 m² or more.
