This, of course, depends on the current facilities, their current state, and the energy saving measures that can be proposed. We usually save between 18 and 30 percent.
In order to guarantee savings, it is recommended that the operation and maintenance of these installations be entrusted to ESCO (ENGIE). However, note that even without this investment, a reduction in energy consumption is possible thanks to an optimised management of the installation.
You own the installation from the date of provisional acceptance.

We use a standardised measurement method, inspired by the IPMVP (International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol) method, which is more expensive and more complex. This is intended to improve performance when processes are not too complex.
The rules of this measurement method are determined at the beginning of the contract and the measurements are communicated to the customer in the meantime.
In order to actively ensure performance, we set up a suitable digital monitoring system for performance when the EPC starts. Where necessary, we install an energy monitoring system to help us monitor consumption very closely and take corrective measures. Where necessary (and with your approval), we also install sub-meters.
We work with a standardised measurement method (please see the question above). Thus, we can measure the reference consumption and compare it with the measured consumption to calculate the bonus-malus objectively. Since the rules of this measurement method are set at the beginning of the contract and the measurements are communicated to you in the meantime, it is not necessary to designate an external part for this calculation.
When contracting an EPC, ENGIE undertakes to respect a maximum level of consumption (kWh). Positive and negative relative differences can be determined on the guarantee of energy savings (10% for example). The bonus-penalty sharing rules are clearly defined in the contract (ex: 100% penalty - 50% bonus).
