Leaving your old premises
We'll arrange termination of your billing. To do this, we need the following information:
You should record this information in an energy transfer document together with the new occupant. Both parties must sign the document. Send us the document within five days following your move.
If there is no new occupant and the meters need to be closed, you should contact your distribution system operator (DSO) to arrange for someone to come and switch off the meters. It's best to do this before you leave. ENGIE will draw up the final invoice after receiving the validated meter data from your DSO.
